As a publisher, I attempted to use Workbooks for various tasks ranging from flat planning to media booking and accounts. However, due to not having one of the top packages, the product was unable to fully satisfy our needs, which I don't blame on Workbooks. I experienced regular issues with integrations with tools like Outlook, which was quite frustrating. Conversely, integration with other tools was successful and I appreciated the ability to incorporate elements like lead forensics into the lead generation application. However, the process of moving clients through the customer journey was too cumbersome. It was easy to create duplications, lose data, or set up a record and then be unable to locate the client later. This might have been due to our lack of top functionality.
