I find Formstack excellent for our small business as we use it for order taking, website contact forms, and integration with Google Drive and Freshbooks. It's user-friendly, even for non-coders, and offers numerous integrations and features. Despite occasional errors, they are quickly resolved.

Great Value for Comprehensive Functionality
Formstack provides all the basic features I need for question forms, with many pre-set fields that are easy to drag and drop. I like its logical and easy-to-understand setup. Its affordability makes it unbeatable for simple registration systems. However, it lacks custom reporting. To export data, I have to export everything and then clean up the excel sheet. I wish it had more advanced features to make it more versatile as a registration software.

I primarily use Formstack for our Boomer’s Kids Club, where it serves as the main platform for parents to sign up their kids and for us to collect payments and information. We also use it to sell group tickets, allowing individuals to purchase group rate tickets directly, with all information and payment going straight to the account representative. This eliminates the need for one person to collect all payments and distribute tickets. When fans make a purchase, they can choose between mail or will-call. All purchases are fulfilled and fans are seated as their orders come in. However, we have encountered an issue where Formstack entries sometimes get submitted twice, leading to customers being charged twice and us having to refund them. The vendor has responded to this issue and asked us to submit a ticket with their Support Team for further investigation.
