My experience with Formstack Forms has been quite enlightening. The contract auto-renewed, which I found to be a convenient feature as it saved me the hassle of manual renewal. When I decided to cancel, I had a bit of a challenge reaching their customer service, but I took it as an opportunity to explore their self-service options. Although they didn't refund the renewal, I appreciated the fact that they maintained my access to the software for the entire duration of the contract, even though I hadn't used it for over 6 months. This showed me their commitment to honoring their agreements. While some may perceive them as being more interested in revenue, I saw a company that is keen on sustainability and maintaining its operations to serve customers like me better. The product itself was a learning curve, but it pushed me to expand my knowledge and skills. Overall, my journey with Formstack Forms has been a rollercoaster of learning and growth!
