Great idea, but implementation needs improvement.
I appreciate the concept of the Heap software, but it needs improvement in execution. Despite paying a premium for delivery, it remains the most convenient method for us to get our dry-cleaning done. However, the delivery estimates have been inaccurate for our recent orders. Pick-ups have been cancelled last minute and our latest order was returned over an hour late, past 1pm, causing us to wait up for it.

From the sales process to implementation, I found Heap to be engaged and professional. They supplied us with excellent implementation materials, some of which I requested as slide decks to replicate for our clients. I value the access to real-time data, which has been vital in troubleshooting client issues by tracking their click history. Heap has been our go-to tool to demonstrate to clients that their mistakes led to "bugs" or issues, thus rebuilding their trust in our product. I find the reporting feature quite straightforward and easy to narrow down to a specific user, time, browser, and more. However, I wish the configuration required less internal development work. But given our complex product offering, our configuration is likely more complicated than most.
