I strongly recommend Smartlook, particularly for debugging or Beta stages. This software has been crucial in assisting us in identifying user problems. In the past, when a customer reported a bug, we would attempt to replicate the issue through testing, but this wasn't always feasible. The issue could have been caused by server load or an ongoing process, leaving us uncertain. However, with Smartlook, we can locate the customer's session, pinpoint where they faced difficulties, and observe their user experience. We can also look for JS errors that don't typically happen or glitches specific to a certain browser. One drawback is that the geolocator doesn't always align with the one on our site, which can sometimes make it challenging to locate a user's session.
