The prices is justified for the quality and services but there aren't any licences for for monthly bill payments i don't want to pay to use it for a year my work with it is 3 days A monthly payment plan would be great! Overall, I would recommend using TeamViewer over a traditional call with screenshare and control request. It's hassle-free and allows my issues to be resolved while I'm enjoying my coffee. Currently, I'm working from home and whenever I face a problem, IT resolves it using TeamViewer. All I have to do is provide them with the code and they remotely navigate my computer. There's also a chat box available if needed. I have no complaints as TeamViewer solves problems rather than creating them.
