Outstanding RMS Software that Simply Delivers.
As a small MSP and IT support operation, I switched from LMI Rescue to Splashtop SOS 3 years ago. This software is excellent, working perfectly and being stable, reliable, easy to use, and fast. It's also significantly cheaper than Logmein and Teamviewer. The support is top-notch, and on the rare occasions I needed to contact them, they responded instantly. I'm shocked to see claims that it contains malware - this is a blatant lie and quite defamatory. My only issue with Splashtop is that it doesn't support multiple accounts on one device. If it did, I would have referred hundreds of new customers. I highly recommend it and remain a satisfied client.

Swift and User-Friendly Remote Access from Any Device
I find Splashtop Business Access to be a super intuitive solution. I can remotely access my seven devices, including my Windows and MacOS computers and my Android device, from any device. This is all possible through a simple app called the business app, which I can install on any device for free. The mobile app from the business app is also super intuitive and works perfectly. While it's not ideal to remotely access a computer via a mobile phone, it does the job pretty well. From a performance perspective, I've used VPN to remotely view my local TV, but Splashtop is significantly faster. I can stream 4k to my laptop or tablet from my home computer which has my TV subscription, and it transfers the sound perfectly. The cost for this solution is a fraction of what other suppliers charge.
