Honestly, it's turned out to be one of those dependable tools you can count on—especially handy when you're guiding clients who aren't exactly tech-savvy. The interface is refreshingly simple, making it a piece of cake to walk users through the setup without any head-scratching moments. That alone has saved me heaps of onboarding headaches.
One standout experience was managing multiple social media accounts remotely for a small business client. Zoho Assist slipped effortlessly into the broader Zoho ecosystem, smoothing out my workflow like nobody's business. Scheduling posts across different platforms quickly became second nature, and collaborating with the client's marketing team felt genuinely effortless.
Still, I did hit a couple of bumps along the road. Using the free version for basic analytics left me craving more detailed insights; the metrics provided felt a bit surface-level. Missing deeper engagement stats or calendar views made strategic planning trickier unless you sprang for a premium upgrade.
Another snag cropped up when a client ran into connectivity issues—customer support wasn't quite as speedy as I'd hoped. That delay threw a slight wrench in promptly sorting things out. But once we were connected, sessions ran smoothly and without fuss.
All in all, Zoho Assist still firmly holds its spot in my toolkit thanks to its laid-back usability and seamless integration within the Zoho ONE environment. Sure, there's room for improvement—like quicker customer support responses and more customization options—but these minor gripes don't overshadow its overall reliability as a solid remote assistance solution.
