Excelling in Automated Marketing with Ortto
I've tried various marketing applications, but found them either too complex or too basic. Some attempted to control my entire website, offering solutions for areas I've already invested in, while others were just fancy emailers with no tracking capabilities. However, Autopilot was the perfect fit for me. It provides tracking codes for my website, uses data from my existing forms on my landing pages, and allows easy creation of nurture campaigns with sophisticated yet easy-to-implement logic. Despite being a small company of less than five people with no dedicated CRM Marketing personnel, we're managing well with it. The pricing is great, and the customer support consistently provides valuable advice on both the application and general marketing issues. They even extended our 30-day trial by another 30 days, showing their flexibility. The user interface is clean and doesn't require expert knowledge to create impressive nurture campaigns. The app is both powerful and simple, a rare combination. I would appreciate more app integrations.

Streamlining Email Marketing Efforts!
I began using Autopilot when we chose to actively pursue internet-based leads for our clients. I was struck by the capability to craft a "journey" for potential customers that was not only automated but also as personalized as possible for an email marketing campaign. I found the visual mapping of these journeys to be very intuitive and tangible. However, as a novice, I had difficulty understanding how to create these "journeys" and it took me a considerable amount of time. Once I got the hang of it, it became easier, but it demanded a significant amount of time and focus. I think there are still features of this software that I am unsure how to use and haven't felt confident enough to explore.
