Much Room for Improvement with PayU

I appreciate the concept of PayU and its user-friendly interface with the necessary integrations. However, I couldn't use it as it doesn't support payments in my currency. I hope they will add this feature in the future, as it would significantly improve the service's usefulness to me. I was looking for a payment gateway that would allow me to accept payments in my currency, but unfortunately, PayU doesn't provide this option.

I've been running a business account with Allegro Poland and have had the pleasure of working with PayU for processing our client payments since 23. They've been a reliable partner for nearly two decades! Recently, in September 221, they held onto a client's payment that I was planning to refund. While it initially seemed like a challenge due to the lack of a direct phone line to PayU, it actually turned out to be a great opportunity to explore their other support channels.
