We moved a couple of messy project trackers from spreadsheets into SeaTable and the biggest win was how easy it became to link records between tables without building a full database from scratch. It still feels approachable for non-technical teammates, but we can structure data properly now

SeaTable works well if you need more structure than Airtable-style lightweight lists but do not want to spin up a custom internal tool. We use locked views for managers, forms for staff submissions, and automations for reminders. The only thing I would improve is the learning curve around deeper setup, but once the base is designed it runs reliably
