Trello appears visually appealing and is very user-friendly for me. Its straightforward interface enables me to quickly grasp how to structure my tracking. However, I am not fond of the restriction on the number of custom fields. If I require custom fields now, I will likely need more in the future. I don't like being limited in the number of fields, which forces me to operate within the tool's constraints rather than my own understanding. I don't want to pay for something as basic as a field. I would prefer to be charged for baselining, enhanced reporting, or more advanced features, rather than being nickel and dimed for fields.

Excellent Tool for Streamlining Project Management
After only a few days of using Paymo, I already feel more in control of my workload. Everything is consolidated in one place, with notes and tasks linked to each project. Although it's still early, I'm confident this tool will aid in growing my business and managing every job. The support responses are prompt and the navigation is straightforward. However, it would be advantageous if all features were available on mobile/iPad, or if I could log in through a browser on mobile. I selected Paymo for its invoicing/estimates and its capability to track the apps I'm using.

I prefer Projectmanager.com to the simple time keeping app we used before. It offers more detailed project management, though it doesn't quite match MS Project's capabilities. It's useful for team collaboration and predictable project management. I value the ability to create a detailed project plan, including budget and dates, which are clearly displayed in a Gantt chart. It's perfect for straightforward projects with a clear task list, and it allows the team to track their time and monitor the project's budget and financial progress. I also like the updated interface, which took some time to get used to. However, I find the reporting somewhat challenging and wish it was more flexible and customizable. This software isn't ideal for managing long or complex projects with many iterations. If a project is iterative and develops over time, maintaining it can be time-consuming. I believe ProWorkflow is probably the best software for time tracking, project management, time sheets, and collaboration. It even allows messages with attachments! We're constantly discovering new features that are making our freelance and graphic/web design work easier. I strongly recommend ProWorkflow because it simply works! I also want to mention that Nick Warwood has been incredibly helpful with an unbelievably fast response time.

I find Nifty to be a promising project management tool that lets me manage all aspects of my projects in one place. It's great for both non-designers and designers like myself. I love the design and feel of the app, and it's excellent for managing projects and tracking my team's activities. Nifty.pm is a well-designed tool where I can easily organize my projects, tasks, deliverables, and more. I'm impressed with the design of Nifty.pm and use it for all my projects. I'm a big fan of the Roadmap feature which shows the project timeline with milestones, and the ability to switch from daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly timelines with just a click. However, I wish I could create invoices within Nifty.pm like other project management tools. I switched to Nifty because I wasn't a fan of Notion's timeline feature, whereas Nifty.pm's timeline is amazing.

I have used other time tracking products that I prefer, but Intervals is decent for its price. We primarily use it for time tracking, which is user-friendly. Its reporting capabilities are commendable, but setting it up can be a bit challenging and it's easy to get overly detailed. While the reporting is good, simpler filters would be beneficial. The user interface could also use an upgrade.

I find Manifestly extremely beneficial as it keeps everyone updated on a project's progress, reducing waiting time for answers and enhancing communication. I appreciate its simplicity, making it easy to train my staff. Creating and running new workflows is straightforward and doesn't require complex skills. I value the ability for managers to easily track completed and pending tasks. However, it currently lacks the ability to easily message all users on a specific checklist run and doesn't support complex variables for automatic email sending without other app integrations.
