I find Zoho Forms to be a simple, clean, and user-friendly product. It's vital for my company to have a form software that can capture various types of data such as typed answers, radio buttons, check boxes, and images. I wish it could integrate with other applications like Google Sheets to simplify processes. I chose Zoho Forms over Google Forms due to its comprehensive features and options that Google Forms lacked, such as selecting an answer by viewing an image and choosing the corresponding radio button.

I was looking for solutions that went beyond the basic and free options provided by other form vendors. I found Zoho Forms to be very user-friendly and efficient in managing conditional branching. It also stands out in displaying results in a graphical format. I value the feature that allows data to be exported for use in other analysis tools like Excel or PowerBI. It accommodates most question types and provides good delivery and embedding options, along with an appealing results dashboard. It's an excellent solution when you need more than just a basic questionnaire or survey. The branding options can be somewhat challenging, but this can be largely solved by embedding on a branded page. I chose Zoho Forms for its branding options, ease of embedding, dashboard display, and value.

I really like that Zoho Forms offers a wide variety of features and tools while remaining affordable with its subscription plan. It's great at customizing form layouts to meet my specific goals and needs. Gathering data from customers and employees is easy with this software, and distributing the forms is also quite simple, with options to share via email or post on social media. However, the software tends to slow down if too many fields are added to the form. For creating complex forms, I prefer using my computer rather than my mobile device. I switched to Zoho Forms because I found ProntoForms too difficult to manage.

I find the ability to build forms online with Zoho Forms extremely beneficial for my tasks and work. It's highly flexible as I can use it from any device without needing to install anything. I'm generally very satisfied with this software. I was looking for a simple form builder that could work from a web browser without requiring too much technical process, and I found Zoho Forms. It has all the features I need, particularly the ability to work online without any installation. It also has a good sharing option where I can share the forms via email. However, this form builder is quite basic. I have to build everything from scratch as it lacks a template library. Some features are only available for the premium account, which I find too expensive for a form builder software. I switched to Zoho Forms because Google Docs tools were too confusing for me and didn't produce the results I expected.

I also found the third-party integrations to be limited.
