Exploring SimPRO and ProSec Integration: A User's Perspective
SimPRO is a fantastic tool for my business, aiding in the effective management of material and labor costs. Once trained, creating quotes is fast and the resulting documents are professional. SimPRO shines in tracking job costs, which is vital for us. We're hoping for enhancements in labor and time tracking, but overall, SimPRO does an excellent job in job cost management. Initially, it felt clunky and non-intuitive, and the post-rollout training from SimPRO is costly. There are features I wish could be improved, such as contract integration and a more intuitive way to locate jobs using the mobile app. I'm looking forward to the new SimPRO Mobile app. We selected SimPRO for several reasons: local offices, job costing capabilities, and responsive customer service. I value their response to my feedback and understand the time and financial commitment of initial implementation and training. They ensure everyone on our team knows how to maximize the use of SimPRO.
